Payment terms
- 50% payment is required to confirm your booking. A booking reference and confirmation will then be sent.
- 100% payment is required 7 days prior to arrival.
- If your arrival date is less than 7 days away, 100% payment is required to confirm your booking.
Refund policy
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 7 – 30 days prior to arrival.
- Payment is not refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
