Whilst the front of the building has sea views and is a few steps away from the famous Cape Town promenade, the rear of the complex looks out onto the Green Point urban park and the Cape Town stadium, and has amazing mountain views. There is a small pool (for those not brave enough to take a dip in the often chilly Atlantic Ocean) and a sushi bar metres from the front door. The building has 24 hour security and a lift.
About the Area
Mouille Point is ideally situated between the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and the historic Mouille Point Light House in Cape Town. There are a number of restaurants and coffee shops situated along Beach Road. For those looking for some history, take a tour of the lighthouse, built in 1824 and now a national monument, despite still being in regular use. If you are feeling more adventurous, try a guided sea kayak tour of the bay.
