This beautiful villa set in the seaside village of Llandudno is absolutely beautiful and is a well appointed beach house, decorated exquisitely but still functional. The views are stunning and it is a few minutes’ walk to the beach, but away from the beachfront madness. It is perfect for 4 adults and 4 children or 8 adults sharing. There are 2 double bedrooms both en-suite. 2 further bedrooms, (one double and one bunk room) share a family bathroom. The bunk room can be converted into a bedroom with 2 single beds if so preferred.
The living area on the lower level is open plan and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a wonderful flow onto the veranda and deck with a chilled daybed with views to the beach. A sheltered braai area with outdoor seating and dining area. The heated swimming pool is set in a lush stepped garden with a trampoline for the children.
About Llandudno
The upmarket seaside village of Landudno sits on the coast road between Camps Bay and Hout Bay. It is an entirely residential area, with no commercial activities allowed whatsoever. There is only one road into the suburb, making it safe and exclusive. Along with exclusivity, the fabulous beachers are Llandudno’s other main drawcard. When yo do feel like getting out and about, Hout Bay is a quick 5 minute drive in one directions, whilst Camps Bay strip, with all its beach bars and restaurants, is 10 minutes in the other.
